It was late and I accidentally purchased a Canadian Koin card, which was <$10 USD. While the initial order screen showed Canadian dollars, the finalization did not (nor did the redeem UI). When I realized I purchased the wrong one, I purchased the $10 USD version and asked for a refund on the original. They refused, saying they would not. Subsequent correspondence with the company, including the request of manager involvement, were essentially ignored through useless EMail responses. Exercise caution when using this company as their support will not resolve issues such as this and you will have to go through your bank to fight any improperly placed orders.
