PC Mobile Ripped Me Off, took advantage of my ignorance of computers El Cajon California

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
After having my computer 2 wks, Jim, owner of company, returned it saying, it's "as good as new" and should serve me for several yrs. It operated fine, for 2-3 days before I started having problrems. I called Jim one wk, and heard back nothing, 2nd week same thing - nothing. Third week he called and said he would do "nothing", not come out, and not evaluate problem.
He had not asked me what the problem was. I am so sorry I got involved with PC MOBILE, a major disappointment.

I have worked on and off with PC Mobile for nearly 10 years and have never had a problem. Jim is great to work with and tremendously busy all the time. He doesn't always get back to you right away because of that. It's just him, no assistance as far as a secretary so he has to handle it all himself. He's always been great at handling our problems and if he's not sure, will recommend someone who may be able to help us out. Sounds like the complaint was a lack of communication.
