PC One Club said they would give me a credit card with a $5,000 limit with a deposit of $349. This was in October of 2005. I have been trying to get a refund ever since then. The date right now is 4/25/06. Now I have come to find out that PC One Club is out of business. If anyone knows of any lawsuits against them I would like some information

Why do you think you are going to get a "deal" like that? You should know that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. A $5,000 credit limit credit card and you pay them 349. Did they do a credit check on you? Did you fill out a credit application?
