I will keep this short, Mitchel & Stacy York rent out lot space with a mobile home on it.

The long and the short of it. They do not give rent receipts. Increase rent without warning.

To add insult to injury, they tape an eviction notice to your door, take you to court and take

your trailer out from under you.

The persons involved in doing this to you are Mitchel York, Stacy York, Leonard Emons, Linda Emons

and their fake legal council, private attorney general idiot Carl Weston.

You are given pages of rules printed off with a printer. None of which are enforced.

If there are problems. Do not expect police help. These idiots are less than useless.

Think of all the morons mentioned here in is as useful as clapping with one hand.

If you are smart, you will not rent a place in Port City Catoosa Oklahoma.

A final note - The rental company PC Rental is unlicensed and fake.

In short, everything to do with Port City and it's people are not worth your time.
