Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company is a train wreck. They sell a high ticket SIS system for private schools. The quality of customer support is the poorest I have seen. When you call you never get a live person, and it is nearly impossible to get any kind of timely response. When you do get a response it is usually rude and inconsiderate. For a school that relies heavily on Technology, it is not a good feeling to be held hostage.
