on 6/10/2010 i made a purchase on the internet for pcshowbuzz10 the product was not and could not be downloaded to my pc. i was informed that i would recieve an email when this would be completed.i never recieved the email.i waited through the next day and still no email was recieved and my account had been charged. for the past week i have been searching the internet to contact these people[company?] to resolve this situation to no avail.....
