Pdatuner.com Did not list the stations their product served untill after purchase Internet

On Feb 2, 2007 I bought PDA Tuner Pro from this company and before I purchased it I looked for a trial version or a list of stations because I was trying to access Live365 from my smartphone and I COULD NOT find any list of stations that would be available until I bought it, then they give these cautions like "we are adding more stations as we go" (paraphrasing) but before purchase they give the impression that any station can be accessed.
When I let them know about my problem they called me a liar and denied me a refund. I still have the email if its needed. Thank you in advance for your help.
