PDF-Bill.com appeared on my credit card. the phone number is 1 digit short of being a real phone number the web sight does not exist and there is no other contact information for this company. charge was for $23.76. i have no idea how this happened or what it may be from. I filed a dispute with my credit card and they will be giving me a refund. I am going to request to get a new credit card number.
