Stay away from this one unless you enjoy a dogfight. The program is misrepresented. Refunds are not available. The phone number the salesman gives you is not even a phone number that goes to PDM. I called and the number goes to several financial institutions who do not know how to reach PDM. You get the real number when the paperwork arrives.

MY STORY:

PDM called and said they could lower interest rates on my credit cards. I pay my cards off monthly or $2000 - 3000 at a time since I use them for business inventory. I have just started carrying a balance this summer. I was told they get them down to about 6.9% the first month and then try to negotiate them further (to 2.9 if possible) for the life of the account. I thought it sounded good and I would use it as a business loan and ease my cash flow.

Sonya, a financial advisor called me and suggested I get another card at a lower interest rate with a 0% for balance transfers. (Duh! This is advice?? Who hasn't thought of that? Who hasn't done it?) I said I tried but my debt to income ratio was too high and I didn't qualify for another card. She said they couldn't negotiate several of my cards at all because they were department store cards (Sears at 25% for example. That's the one the salesman said they could help the most with and that's where $495 of their $990 fee went on) As I talked to her she said that it was clear that they couldn't help me and she would have Mike (Cross) call me to give me a refund.

After 24 hours and no call, I called and disputed the charges on my credit cards. Mike just called today and was very belligerent. He has a pit bull personality and picks one word that you say and talks through you trying to show that you are wrong, etc. He jumped on "you said you were lied to" and wouldn't let me get a word in. I told him to calm down and listen. I never said I was lied to. Sonya said the program was clearly misrepresented to me, they couldn't help me and I needed a refund. Their guarantee is to save me $2500 and she says there is no way they can do that in my case.

He will not give me a refund. If I pay off my cards in 90 days their policy is to refund my money. I don't intend to pay them off in 90 days. I am carrying a balance on some of them until the first of the year. He wouldn't even give me his name until I reminded him he surely had a last name. From other reports, I bet "Mike Cross" is not a real person, it is a position.

He set me up with an appointment with Sonya for next Wednesday to see how she can help me. She has already said she cannot help me. I can get my own bal transfer off my own website www.creditsource.us. I have all the info on that already.

I tried to find something on them with the AZ BBB but they don't seem to exist as an entity. It all bounced back to the nebulous fiinancial advisors.

This sort of low intrest rate telemarketing scam is not new...It has been done for many years. I am surprised that your CC company will not do more for you about the dispute. If you CC company will not help you, the Attorney General of Az should be your next contact. The AG's office here in Az has been trying to crack down on this sort of thing for years now.
