My debit card was charged on May 16th and I still have not received my pool liner or pool pump. Today is May 24th. You can not talk to a person at this company and their customer service will not communicate with you via e-mail. E-mail is the only option that this company will give you to communicate with them. I only wanted to tell them I would pay for overnight shipping of my order just to finally get my pool up and running.

I received my pool liner on May 25th. The online information said that it would fit 52 inch pool walls. Well, my pool walls are exactly 52 inches and the pool liner from the bottom seam is 52 inches. There is no material to spare and nothing left to overlap. The liner is useless to me.
This is the third pool liner I have bought and I have never bought one with nothing to overlap before. ALSO, I AM STILL WAITING ON MY POOL PUMP THAT I ORDERED ON MAY 16TH.
