he retun policy is very strict for the type of clothing they are selling. I pad 450$ for a formal dress for my teen duaghter, who decided she wanted a diffrent style and the dress she purchased would have required a fair bit of alterations. They have a five day return or exchange policy and it fell outside of that time frame. The dress was still in the orginal packaging with the tag in place.  I dont feel that this is a reasonable policy for the price of garment we are now left owning.  This business model needs to be revamped.
