So get ready for the big ride if you want to live here.I had lived in one of the trailer in this park for 6 months and i have to move out because the trailer is filled with mold and rats infestation the management is worst they dont even care . Specially this property Manager named Daniel Medina he is a big Fraud dude he threatens the tenants when you are trying ask her help.This is what i learned from moving here.This guy has to be fired.He harrased me so much when i try to ask him for help me with the rat infestation wrote so many emails and so many calls i made he did not even care .When they are dead rats underneath my trailer.He said not a big deal you can breathe the dead rats and you will get use to it.He is that horrible.

I moved to this place for 6 months lease because its closer to my office .Even before 6 months i started finding rat turds everywhere and i really started to freakl out.But one day i had rats dead underneath my trailer and it so smelly you cant even breath and specially for my heath conditions i try to email and call the poperty manager he did not even care when its not even livable conditions.

I asked him very respectfully as my lease is up for 6 months i need to move out from this place and i cannot give you 30 days notice as the conditions of the trailer is infested with dead rats and rats that is not even in a condition for living.He said if you move you will not get your deposit.I said seriously thats not fair .I did not do anything wrong the place is infested with dead rats and he did not even care.I have to leave this place inspite he did not even pay my advance and mental harrasment he did.Most of people who lives in the park are illegals and very poor people and this property manager takes advantage of this poor people.

 I want everyone who wants to move in to this park .This is what you have to know

 1)You should know that your advance deposit you paid for the rent lease will never be given to you.That means fraudster Daniel Medina is the one who steals it.

2)Once you rent the trailer and if you have issues.No one cares and take cares.So even if your trailer is burning in fire the property manager Daniel Medina will say thats your fault you pay for it. My only request whoever reading this.This is horrible trailer park which was managed by Fraudster Named Daniel Medina
