Peak 5 & Autoporfolio Services Peak 5 sold my auto loan without notifying me. This caused my payment to be late which will prevent me from trading cars because of the late reported to the credit bureaus. I want any lates removed. My car loan has been sold a few times but the last time it was sold by Peak 5 to Auto Porfolio Services. I never knew it. No letter and no phone call. To whom it may concern:

Peak 5 sold my car loan to Auto Porfolio Svcs. in SLC, UT.  I was never notified my mail or by phone.  I should have received a written notificaiton with the billing address.  This caused me to be late and they reported me.  I am not clarivoyant so there is no way I could have known the right address to send my payment to. 

Please advise.  I ask that since APS purchased my loan that all lates are removed from the credit bureaus reporting immediately.
