Made a payment plan with Peco 5 years ago after I was disabled by strokes. Receiving Social Security Disability, which is payed on the 3rd of the month, makes my payments a day or two late. They have been telling me for years "Thank You for paying your bill On Time". Now this month I payed the amount they asked and they called me via computer call and want the entire amount or they will disconnect me later this month
Is that not called exstortion.
