Pedders Nissan Fraudulent contracts, adding fees without permission Hemet California

Purchased a new car from them recently, today learned that the contract that I signed along with the interest was fraudulent, the clause on the contract states that in the event the dealership can't get it financed then the contract is no longer valid. How can a dealership say your interest rate is An amount, tell you the loan Is funded by Wells Fargo and Add on bunch of fees they didn't mention to us? Sign, trade in used car, bring 1000 today. Did what we were supposed too. Then learn bank backed out after signing? What's the point of signing a contract if the bank and dealership can do this? This is horrible, customer service is also terrible. Will never buy an auto there again.
