Order of a pedi paws for my dogs nails. I replied to an e-mail and tried to delete the order because the charges were wrong, so I tried again and cancelled it again because they overcharged. I never got a chance to summit, so I deleted the information, but they placed the order anyway and sent me three pedi paws units. I returned all items on Octoaber 2nd by certified mail, they signed for them on October 6th. I have called them many times and each time I was told that it would be seven to ten business days for them to return the money to my credit card account. A sales manager named Erin told me that she would personally handle my account and return the money within three to five days, it has been more than five days and so far nothing has been refunded. I will never order anything through an e-mail again. These people are crooks, they should refund peoples money, and put them in jail! Ripped of

Thanks for sharing your stories. I recieve 3-4 emails from Pedi Paws every day. I love the product however at this time I do not have a dog otherwise I would have ordered by now.
Saw the product in the store the other day so at least if I do get a dog and need it I can buy off the shelf.
Whats wrong with customer service these days anyway?

same thing happened to us

Pedi paws took 9 weeks to get us our order. We disputed the claim and got the charges reversed and still ended up getting the pedipaws last week. We didn't even care about the charges - we were excited about the product and just wanted to use it. Countless phone calls and promises of tracking #'s and claims the package was refused, etc. etc.

finally received refund from pedi paws

It took from October 6th until December 4th for Pedi Paws to give us our refund. They could have saved us a lot of anxiety if they had responded in a proper maner like others would. I believe that it did take the BBB of New Jersey to advise them about business. No more hard feelings and no more tele marketing period.

Pedi Paws abuse of Credit Cards
AUTHOR: William - (U.S.A.)

I called my Credit Card Company immediatly after I found out that my canceled orders were not to be charged to my Account and I was assured by the Credit Card employee that they marked my account not to pay Pedi Paws so they waited 19 days and paid them anyway. My Credit Card Company was very sorry for this action and told me they have some sort of agreement with them and had to pay them. I asked my Credit Card Company so if any Tom, d**k or Harry wants my money from me and has a piece of paper I should pay that bill. Ripped off twice ,William in Tucson Az.
