They told me and the police that they were satisfied with the roof but did not get enough money from the insurance company to pay me. Duh! My contract to be paid upon completion wasn't with their insurance company. It was with them. These people are common criminals. Don't do business with them.

 These thieves have received a letter of intent from my attorney; had me at their house five times with police standby and have hard a construction leon filed on their property. They don't care their roof is totally satisfactory. They even told one police officer they can't pay because they didn't get enough money from the insurance co. Really? Like thats my fault?
