Bought what was advertised as a NEW Laptop Keyboard.

Received a severely worn out and well USED part.

I was assured I would receive a full refund if I returned it. (No apology)

I returned it (at my expence) following all thier procedures and it has been over 5 weeks! NO refund and no communication.

I have gone ahead and submitted a reversal with my credit card company.

I recommend not to even consider doing business with them.
