It not only looks unprofessional but also severely hampers the aesthetic appeal of my home. I had high expectations for a flawless and seamless window tinting installation, but the end result fell far short of even the most basic standards.

Furthermore, the lack of professionalism and competence demonstrated by your employees was appalling. The technicians arrived late for the scheduled appointment, and their attitude throughout the installation process was dismissive and unhelpful. They failed to address my concerns about the subpar quality of their workmanship and brushed off my inquiries with indifference. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and have my concerns taken seriously.

To add insult to injury, your customer service was shockingly inadequate. Despite my numerous attempts to contact your company to discuss the issues and seek a resolution, my calls and emails went unanswered. The lack of responsiveness and accountability only serves to further compound my frustration and reinforce the unprofessionalism I have experienced.
