Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I lived at Penasquitos Point apartments for 5 years and was ripped off constantly. When I moved out I had a walk through done because of maagements deceptive practices. I was told they were charging me 100 for cleaning even though the palce was cleaned. I was charged $225. what a disgusting place to live. they have illegals running the palce and they will go into your apartment whenever they want. really just a bunch of scum that run the place.

just do your homework folks and see what a sstellar reputation they have....they have been burning people for years on cleaning fees and they have a rat infested place just go at night and drive by the garbage bins...cockraoches and losers living there. Hey I think all the losers should live here they will fit in with Lisa and the management. BTW I live in a Penthouse downtwon a 100 times nicer. I called them on there illegal alien problems and they kicked me out...that is true

Penasquitos Point Apartments understands the mission of the Rip off report, and welcomes the opportunity to respond to a concern that a consumer (past, present or future resident) presents. It is Management’s goal to resolve all issues or situations, in an amicable and professional manner. This is a malicious attack and is of retaliatory nature, as his tenancy was terminated legally.
The facts and documentation have not changed since September 2012. Mr. Frederick H received his Security Deposit Disposition refund in accordance to Civil Code. Management has photos on file to support the valid cleaning charges of $45.00. Mr. H should look at his Final Accounting Statement (see attached) again, because he was only charged $45 for cleaning not $225.00. Not sure where he accuses us of ripping him off constantly in his 5 years of tenancy???
In closing, it is unfortunate that Mr. Frederick H has made and still makes derogatory, discriminitory, false statements regarding the facts and also regarding the dedicated staff at Penasquitos Point, whether he likes their nationality or not.
We are happy to show his final account statement to Rip off reports to prove this false so that you can remove due to false statements.
