In January 3rd, 2008. I discovered Penncro's Associates trying to collect for Bank of America on overdraft charges. I have never held a bank account with Bank of America. I then proceed to dispute the charges with Penncro Associates by faxing them my dispute and providing identity theft reports.

However, after thirty days, I have not received a reply from Penncro Associates and they have even kept reporting the fraudulent charge-off to my Experian, TransUnion and Equifax credit report. They are using deceptive collection practices, not providing validation under the FCRA, and FDCPA.
