Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We initially setup our IRA account with Lxxxxxx Trust. They had excellent customer service, excellent response time, and excellent communication. We could actually speak to the account manager handling our investment transactions. THEN Lxxxxxx Trust merged with Pensco and customer service, communication, and response time became dismally non-existent. And yes, if you read the other ripoff reports on Pensco, charging fees and collecting fees are their very top priority.
If you've worked as hard for your money for the past 40 or 50 years as we have do yourself favor and do not invest with Pensco.

Customer Service remails awful at Pensco

Not much has changed with respect to the untimely Customer Service at Pensco.
The hold times for my last 3 calls to Pensco Customer Service were 33 minutes, 40 minutes and 52 minutes.
Ive had enough and am moving my assets from Pensco.
