Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
35 minute phone wait to cancel people pC account, rude agent tried to jerk me around. gave info., kept acking irrelevent questions. finally was diconnected with no confirm of cancel.
FTC and BBB also notified. if a co. does not give me respect, lost my business for life, pig simple.

Bob,I hate to hear of your situation,but People PC while not being the most polite phone represenatives have did me right each time I have used them in the past.They cancel when I ask them,and gave me the option if I wanted to hear a sales pitch from them.They are not like another big Internet company that will not be named.Sorry to hear of your situation.I hope it can be resolved.
