I ordered a "Locate Subject's Employer" search for $39.99. They said they only charge you if they find what you are looking for. They charged me and never sent the report. I have sent them 4 emails, faxed them 4 times, filled out a "support request" form on thier site, and have called severa times. No one has responded. They say most results found within 5 days. It's been 2 weeks and they still won't respond to my calls, faxes, and emails. This is an outrageous ripoff.
