Perceptis underpaying me starting on October 1,2011 to December 14, 2011. Greenville, South Carolina

Company is underpaying employees. When some got hired, which includes me, we were told that out pay will be 10-11 dollars for temporary position. Some of the trainees were hired on as full time employees. We were not paid by what the written paper stated. Again, it stated 10-11 for temp and 12-14 dollars for full time. time ended on November 30, 2011. October 1, 2011 rolls around and I am still getting paid for temp position. Can something be done about that. I no longer work there anymore.
