Bought over $400 worth of their product nothing worked as advertised - spoke with Julie and she promised to help me work with the line for results... yet she has not helped she wont return phone calls Take money abandons customer who just spent their 2 paychecks on her CRAP !!!??! I am glad someone hasnt been ripped off. Unfortunately I was - I gave her weeks to return my calls, I did not call only once either. I spoke with her a couple times BEFORE I ordered and since I am an esthetician I would think she could see the advantage to communicating with someone who can make her tons of money IF I find the products GOOD ! I gave her ample time to reply and it is totally OBVIOUS, since I am an esthetician she has avoided returning my calls. BUT her ignoring me about her products is harmful and if she cannot call me back after 3 or more weeks SHE is proving me right in thinking she cant back up her products reliability or safety. BUYER BEWARE !
