I asked them to reprogram my pcm. They replied that they would have to tear the motors head to fix the problem.(#5misfire due to low compression) I told them that I could not afford it besides that isnt what I asked for. I was charged $350.00. when I retrieved my vehicle the engine light was on, it hadnt been on when I dropped it off. Also,the engine hadnt been touched ,they told me that they switched (my new coil packs) to see if that would help,guess what I had marked the coil packs and they hadnt been switched also the air breather hadnt been moved. I used used my own diagnotic tool to clear the engine light. also both battery terminals had not been tightened back down. They didnt even have the decency to contact me to retrieve my vehicle,I had no vehicle for the Holidays. Iam a 73 yr old disabled Vietnam Veteran and to be blatantly ripped off is totally abhorrent. This so-called company needs to be dealt with. It makes you wonder how many other senior citizens and women have been stolen from.

First you are the slime hiding behind that card for your dealership. THATS INSULTING TO ALL VETERANS!!! Someone there busted you A.O. Is Performance slamming all VETERANS to get out of this wrong doing? By the the way this is all going to the Ohio Attorney Generals Office. So,JIMBO be seeing you soon. ALL VETERAN ORGANIZATIONS WILL BE MADE AWARE OF PERFORMANCES SHORTCOMINGS .I SUPPOSE YOUR BUSINESS SLAMS THE WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT TO!!!!!! HAVE A NICE DAY,WANNABE!!!

I cant help it if a low life wannabe who probably works at this dealership would respond with such a guilty conscious. Did your momma beat you and dress you like a little girl????? I cant stand wannabes. Be a man and face up that your company is stealing from the consumer.

 They didn't ask for your 214 before they did this, so put that card away! It's an absolute insult to those of us who have or still are wearing the uniform to have somebody whining and attempting to use a badge of honor as a sympathy card ! Find yourself a good independent shop rather than wasting your time, money and stomach acid attempting to get grossly over priced subpar service from some slimy car dealer!
