Performance Health Usa no sample or product recieved,but charged twice 79.95 no refund,non-refundable, no products Orem Utah

This was a bad experance asked for sample of Hoodiaphen was charged twice for a full order,recieved no product.
Contacted them by phone from the 1 888 number give on the bill to my checking account.
I was told that all the operator could do was cancell my recurring orders no new charges would happen after that date and I was given a cancelation number.
I told them i had not recieved any product for the charges of $79.95 and was told no refunds were allowed.
I wrote them explaining the situation and still have not recieved a answer to my complaint.
So I have no goods for my money and i"am out 2 x $79.95=$159.90.
And no way of getting the money or the product back.
I'am talking seroius rip-off
