Perfumefreezone.com, Gary Gruenberg Perfumefreezone.com took my money & never delivered my order, won't reply to phone calls / emails for 6 weeks now Miami Florida

Through google I searched for a particular pair of sunglasses, Perfumefreezone.com came up with the best price which seemed maybe to be too good to be true. I wrote to their customer service email asking if the product was authentic and how they were able to sell items at such a good price. They wrote back immediately with a blurb about buying wholesale and passing along the savings. Sounded legit so I placed my order on 9/3/08, I received an order confirmation and all seemed in order.

I never received an email with shipping info as the site states will happen so I emailed for order status. They replied saying it would ship the following week. I emailed them again after the week had gone by with no response, I emailed everyday thinking eventually they would write back. There is NO phone # on the web site so one is at the mercy of email communication.

A couple weeks went by still writing them everyday with no reply. I found their company info on the internet & found a phone #, called it and someone answered. He pulled up my order and said it appeared to be lost in shipping & he'd hot rush another pair from the factory to me and send an email with the details. It's been another 2 weeks with no answer to my calls, no reply to my voicemails, no response to emails. I have now requested on their voicemail a refund & call confirming they have done this. I do not understand how people like this keep in business by ripping innocent customers off.

Perfumefreezone.com should deliver the product / refunds and be shut down immediately!
