Perma Peir Never got building permits prior to perfoming work. Perma peir never provided a copy of the engineers report as they said they would and charged me $200 for the engineer, and I don't even know if they ever hired one.

Said a plumber would have to come out and check the sewer line before they could send warrenty information. They sent a unlicensed plumber who said I need a bunch of unnessary work and unless I paid him my warrenty would be canceled. 

I called a licensed plumber who told me everything was fine. When I contacted the company with this information the agreed to honor there warranty and said they would mail out the paper work. They never did.

First we want to apologize if you had an unpleasant experience and for any inconvenience this might have caused you. We have already sent you all the documents that should fulfill your requests, including the engineer’s report and the plumbing test. 

We also want to take a moment and address each point individually to make sure all these issues have been resolved.

We did process the building permit after we started the work, however this was done so as to not inconvenience you, because we would’ve had to change the date of the scheduled service. This is not regular practice but an error on our part.  We always try to make sure the permits are ready before the work starts.

Our plumber was not unlicensed. He has been a licensed apprentice plumber since March 31, 2013; however his license had been expired for a week and the renewal was on the mail. We have now updated all our records with the licenses’ expiration dates to make sure this does not happen in the future. We have already sent you a copy of the plumber’s license for you to review.

The plumber said you needed cleanouts installed to do the plumbing test, and in order to get the warranty, a passed plumbing test is required.  This is stated in the General Conditions section of the agreement.  We always recommend all our customers to read the contract carefully to avoid any confusion. 

You had another plumber come out and look at the work we did and he said we didn’t do the work as agreed; however you later stated that we did. We understand this was some form of misunderstanding on his part.

We did in fact order an engineer’s report; however, because it was a professional engineer contracted by Perma-Pier, we had to wait for them to process the report. We have now sent you the report, as requested, and we sincerely apologize for the wait.

We are now answering phone calls live. We apologize if contacting us in the beginning was difficult.  Because our customer’s satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, there will not be any more automated responses.

We have been in constant communication with you and hope that now that all your complaints have been completely addressed you are satisfied with our service.
