Perpetual Pet of Ft Pierce FL Perpetual Pet of New Port Richy, FL..aka..Ms. Sandra Calagan owner Botched a pet preservation of my deceased pet Sebastian Florida

My beloved dog died suddenly at 17 and we couldn't part with him in 3/2017. We researched a company in Fort pierce that freeze dried pets to preserve them forever. "Perpetual pet" owned by Sandra Calagan..We paid $850 and three months later I picked him up and he was no longer white..was smelly, dirty, excreting an oily substance,  missing fur and was painted white in some places to cover up missing pigment.

The owner agreed procedure did not go well but refused refund at the time stating we could bring him back for "touch up" at a later time. We were disgusted and left, these problems continued for three years, owner kept insisting he was fine ,to keep spraying him with the holistic spray provided once a month. We finally had him cremated 2/2021 and are seeking a refund for a botched procedure for misuse of an animal corpse and payment for proper cremation.
