Pet Transport Service Attempted to transport a (DOG), german shepherd puppy before it die while in there custody. Internet
*Consumer Comment: The whole thing is a scam, there was no puppy
A week ago, I was receiving a german shepherd puppy, and the Pet Transport Service was to transport the puppy and then deliver it. After telling about fees that I had to , and then rrceive the fee back.
After several days, the puppy was not deleived and then I was told the puppy died while in the Pet Transport Service custody. I was then told that I had to send a fee by Wester union for getting my funds back. After telling the company no more fees, they cut off all talk, no answering the phone.
Througth western union, I was sending the payment to NDUM MBANGWI GEORGE, to city: Lumbe, State: Victoria, County: Cameroon, Zip code: 00237.

That is one of the oldest scams around - there was no puppy and no transportation service. Thank goodness you didn't send them additional funds in order to obtain your "refund". Never send money to an unknown entitiy or person via western union or money gram or any service like that because all those types of scams operate the same way. Your money is gone. It can't be traced and the scammers know it. Next time, if you are looking for a puppy, look locally in your area and exchange the money for the puppy in person.
