Like many others, I am a loyal PETCO PALS customer. PETCO advertises that if you buy 10 bags of dog food, your next bag is free. I bought my 10th bag on February 6. I called in March and they said my coupon would be mailed March 26--in the meantime I needed to buy abother bag. It is now April 11 and I still haven't received the coupon that PETCO claims was mailed on March 26. It has now been more than two months since I purchased my 10th bag and I am about to buy my next bag--at a different store--syill witout having received a coupon.

I experienced the same thing you did, but then i thought that happened because the the site is really PETCO is a well known retailer with tons of customers which sometimes can delay an order or mess up something Thats why i started buying from<a href="http://www.pawstotail.com/coupon.php?cc=sm">
PawstoTail</a> which is a nice online pet store not well known but probably will be.
