Peter Cruz Mike Convin Waste of money and time! Doesn't deliver! Seattle, Washington

Peter- makes promises and doesn't deliver. He's a waste of time and money. I sent over 15 files in April and he can't produce 1 file that he improved. He hasn't returned any of my calls since the 1st week in May.  NO RESULTS!  He/Mike Convin did refund- most of my money.  I've been waiting since June on the rest of it. It's not just the money, it's the time wasted and the disappointment of customers. I lost thousands on enhancements and lines that I've paid to put on customers files in preparation for the credit to be repaired. Even if they do refund my money, I'm still out of thousands. Very unprofessional Peter!
