PFA ....... aka Pacific Financial Association - F Rated in the eyes of all the best auto transport companies.   Dan Larsen - a man with no ethics or integrity. He will allow a broker to conduct business no matter whether they screw consumers or not. If a broker has no integrity or moral fiber - Dan Larsen will give them the bond they need to get their operating authority from the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration). I MOVE AUTO will post every lead they get on the nation dispatch board without first speaking to the customer at all. 

They were warned about this but they don't care.  They are bonded by Pacific Financial Associates.   The national dispatch board requres that you get a contract before you post the load. It is extremely unethical to pretend that you have authority to move a vehicle when you indeed have no authority in writing at all.   Despite countless warning and negative reviews on CentralDispatch.com they continue to practice this unethical tactic.  Shame on you Dan Larsen for not acting more responsibly when working with unethical brokers.  Set rules - act like you care about consumers - get off your a*s and do your job. 

Are  you that money hungary that you will take anyone's money?  You don't give the keys to your car to a drunk.... you don't allow a broker to break all the rules when dealing with consumers or the complaints will come rolling in. You give them the ability to have an operating authority when you bond them.  Where do you draw the line?  After the broker steals a car?  After 100 complaints are filed?  A thousand complaints?  No limit to how bad they can be... you will still bond them?   Shame on you. 

From now on Dan - every broker you allow to break all the rules will result in a nasty review on the internet about you personally for running an unethical business that hurts consumers. You have been negilent in your vetting process for long enough. Perhaps lawyers for these consumers should read this and know that you look the other way.  Perhaps after you have been listed in a lawsuit you will wake up.  Now you will pay for your on going mistakes.  A mistake happens once.  Looking the other way over and over is negligence.  I will continue to post proof every time I see brokers you bond pulling unethical scams on consumers.   Clean up your act Dan Larsen 12707 High Bluff #200, San Diego, CA 92130. No unethical broker should get bonded.  Why are you bonding so many F Rated Brokers?  Hmmm?    Pacific Financial Associates. They are the bonding company that have hurt the auto transport industry for over 10 years. No scrupples. California liberal idiots! They help companies ripoff consumers. They allow F Rated companies to be bonded through their services.  Phoenix, AZ and San Diego FL.   When Pacific calls you the caller ID says "Federal Service".... they fake like they are a government agency.  They are not!   Buyer beware!  

I am an A+ Rated broker and I want a level playing field when I give a quote to a customer.  IF brokers are going to pull scams and act unethical.... the people that give them their operating authority credentials should be held accountable too.   That's you Dan Larsen.  That's YOU!
