We ordered supplies from PGC Scientifics on 11/3/2012. I have yet to receive those supplies and their phone service does not work and all emails have been ignored. Their webpage states that they are experiencing "phone problems" and to email them. They have been experiencing "phone problems" for a very long time. Emails are ignored but they took the money out of my account the day I place my order even though no product was ever shipped.
