I received a sample on 17/04/24 from their Aliexpress.com but it is not as described.

I was expecting a shiny PVC Vinyl Latex skirt.

I received a dull faux leather skirt

Lisa Lin promised to refund part payment to my friend’s PayPal account

To date I have not received any refund and they are ignoring my emails
