I kept hearing radio ads for the product VIAPREN offering the first order FREE to try before you buy. I finally decided to take down the phone number and contact them to see what their deal was. VIAPREN is supposedly a sexual enhancer product that is good for men and women. I was particularly interested in the female aspects of this product since my GF has had a very low sex drive. This appeared to be something that might enhance our relationship.

The company I called was a business partner of Pharmazone. They were very friendly and informative. I was told that I'd get the first month free but I'd need to pay the shipping costs of $9.95 which I agreed to. They also offered me a couple other products as "samples" with two free gift cards for Home Depot and buying groceries if I checked out the product. Those each cost $1 for shipping. I checked on both of these to see when the free trial started (thank god). I never received the information or the free gift cards and cancelled both before they charged me 19.95 a month for their service. I'll probably post a complaint about this marketing company later.

Anyway, two weeks later I had not received the free Viapren supply. I called back to the marketing group and they have me the number for Pharmazone customer service.

I called Pharmazone that day, a week and a half ago. I asked where my shipment was. They checked and said they did not know what happened to the original shipment, but the first monthly shipment had already been sent out. I was not happy that the "FREE" supply had not gotten here before they sent out and billed me for almost $60 for the monthly shipment. However, I said I'd check to see if I got the "FREE" supply in the next day or so. IT NEVER ARRIVED, BUT THE $60 package did. The $9.95 shipping bought be a two ounce first class mail package which in actuality costs less than a dollar to ship.

I checked back with the marketing company and they verified that what they sold me was the same as I'd receive as a monthly shipment. I called Pharmazone back and let them know the situation. They were willing to refund the $9.95 for the FREE Supply that was never sent to me, but I had to send back the package that should have been the free sample. Of course, I'd have to pay shipping and not receive a credit for the SHIPPING COSTS of $9.95 so I'd have nothing and spent over $20 not counting my energies expended. IT'S A RIPOFF.

They also said all packages were sent out with delivery confirmation which I told them the first person I spoke to had checked and there was no indication that the FREE SUPPLY HAD EVER BEEN SHIPPED. She didn't like the tone of my voice as I demanded to be credited the $60 charge. I don't blame her, I was angry. She also told me she had no record of my orginal conversation over a week prior. I asked that she check again on the original order. She told me it was a different department and they would need to get back to me. I said fine.

Two days later, no phone call. I called back. This time the lady put me on hold and checked with shipping. NO CONFIRMATION NUMBER, NO RECORD OF THE FREE SUPPLY EVER BEING SHIPPED.

AGAIN, they were not willing to credit me for the $60 charge. It's their policy was the explanation. I have already put a stop payment on my credit card and will continue to call to get the $60 credit applied but I really don't expect they will do the right thing.

DON'T be FOOLISH. STAY AWAY from this company. I don't even want to try the product at this point for fear that it is a good product and would have the desired affect. HAD THEY DONE THE RIGHT THING, perhaps they would have had a LONG TERM CUSTOMER, but NOTHING about this experience smells like anything but a total RIPOFF.

I GUESS I SHOULD EVENTUALLY TRY THE PRODUCT AND GIVE YOU AN APPRAISAL OF IT. It's expensive at something like $15 a dose.
