Pharmogology Tablets - Acai Berry Extreme rip off, 89.31 charge, unauthorized, fraud, did not order Alpharetta Georgia

My name is Yvonne I placed an order online for a sample bottle of acai berry pills back in Oct 08. The sample bottle was for a $1 fee. I did not see any effects from the pills and never ordered any more. In Nov I received a $39.95 charge on my card for support services for the acai berry supplement. I called the 800 number given to me by my bank the service representative gladly removed me from the system and refunded my money. Jan 09 I received another charge on $89.31 on my account when I called the number to find out what it was for the repressive was very rude and insisted I ordered this new acai berry pills. Which I repeatedly told her her I did not order her name was (Dawn) this was on 2-2-09 . I asked for the company name and address, she refused to give me the company name or address. I requested to speak to a supervisor she refused to let me speak to a supervisor. After 15 mins of requesting a supervisor Dawn put me on hold and Patrick came on the line stating he was a supervisor. He said since I ordered the pills and they had delivered them, I needed to return them for a refund, I never received them they were sent to my old address, he said I needed to go get them from the old address and return them if I wanted a refund. I went to my old address and talked to the property owner, she stated she had mailed them back stating Moved return to sender on the envelope. I called back on 3-9-09 and spoke to Elvie she stated they had not received them back yet. For me to call back in 7 days. I requested a refund check by mail, as I closed the previous checking account and was not going to give them my account information. She said they did not do that. They would only refund to the account info they have on file. As it stands I still have not received a refund, I did not order this product to begin with. I reported this incident to Call Kurtis CBS 13 News and Attorney Generals Office. Attached you will find the information sent back to me from the Attorney Generals Office.. I am officially requesting an Immediate full refund of my money $89.31 in the form of a check.
