My experience with Phil has been less than pleasing to say the least. I originally deposited $500.00 with a credit card I no longer have and have since deposited $3000.00 with another card. I did one trade that was successful then was contacted by a so called senior broker who works for the company. He convinced me to deposit the $3000.00 dollars so I could join his group and be trained to trade successfully. Well let me tell he gave me a for sure trade recommendation that lost me $500.00 and continued sending me trades through Skype none of which I traded, they all turned out to be losers as I monitored them. This would lead me to believe the rumours out there that they want to deplete your account so they can then move on to another victim. 

At this point I decided to do some research on the company through the Internet and to my surprise there was many angry complaints. Some really heart breaking stories of how Cannella has acted in nothing less than a criminal way resulting in a lot of customers losing money couldn't afford to lose. I decided to get a full refund of the $3400.00 in my account and was told I would need to have my account verified. So did exactly as they requested and sent all the necessary documents only to be told since I didn't have the original credit card any longer then I could never get my money back, plain and simple. 

The "Employee" who authored the rebuttal has to be brand new and out of touch!  Phil Cannella is a thief!  Just ask his former CFO who quit (he knows because he was told NOT TO PAY advisers who were owed commissions).  Phil Cannella even told advisers in their weekly meeting that he was going to  donate the terminated advisers commissions to charity!  How can you tell when Phil Cannella is lying?  Just listen to him, then do your own research and then you will know.  If he was honest, would he have been terminated by insurance carriers and the National Ethics Bureau?  Check with advisers and employees who have been there for at least a year and you will hear the true stories of his humiliating and bullying employees and advisers.  He is a master of manipulation to those who put their trust and faith in his schemes!  If you are an existing employee, (plan your escape!)  If you are a potential employee, adviser, or client...DANGER! STAY AWAY!  You have been warned!  All I have written can be verified, and I have told you how it can be verified, now do your due diligence and check it out for yourself.

This report as with the other False reports filed on this site against Phil Cannella, Phillip J Cannella, First Senior Financial Group and the Crash Proof Team have been submitted by the purveyors of an illegal, disreputable hate site funded by terminated for cause ex employees and competitors who are seeking any means possible to discredit the tireless efforts by Phil Cannella and his organization on behalf of American Retirees throughout the Tri-State region.

We seek to illuminate the fact that the people behind these erroneous reports and the hate site have been and still are under scrutiny by the FBI, PA Attorney General, PA Insurance Department and various other Local, State and Federal agencies for impersonating elected and appointed officials in an effort to smear the good name and efforts of Phil Cannella and the First Senior Financial Group Organization.

This situation points to a group of individuals with a personal ax to grind going online  looking for ways to smear someone else or libel him, as is the case here. Its one thing if someone doesnt think much of Mr. Cannella, but its another thing entirely when an anonymous cyber-attacker accuses Phil of being a thief. That label implies that crimes have been committed, which is an accusation that should never be made loosely or anonymously. In our system, a person is entitled to face his accuser and examine and/or refute the evidence.

Phil Cannella is not a thief. Phil has devoted his life to being an advocate and an activist on behalf of people who ARE being fleeced and stolen from: American retirees. If anyone is entitled to judge him or his character, they are the ones who should be consulted.
