Phil Cottrell who lives in Marbella Spain is a bully to my children at school. He is only 17 years old but heas persistently bothered, teased and on occasions assaulted my sons. We are all fed up of this American idiot. He and his father who is also called Phil Cottrell have reigned misery on many kids at the International School in Marbella and we all have had enough. Is this happening to anyone else? What can I do? the teachers and authorities have failed to stop this matter and I cannot afford to move home and re-school my children in an different area.
