The individual who had submitted this claim has done so in an unjust manner and acted out brashly before proper communication has been established to resolve the claim.
Due to miscommunication, there was a several day lapse in communication between the company and client. Upon returning to a state in which I could contact the client, an immediate refund was released to the client.
This claim is false in every sense of the word. I am not a thief, I did not steal anything from this individual and took the proper course to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
