And also to close a massive currency swap positon of his in the Iraqi currreny, the Dinar. Then he'll tell you the bridge loan is backed up by his family trust (which he doesn't have) and he'll offer you a huge position for the currecny swap and equity transaction, both of which he doesn't have either.
