Philip H. Molitor of Nordic Pacific is a Viking Fiberglass Pool and Spa Installer and Distributor in California and does not have a C-53 contractors's license.
He showed somebody else license to get the contract from me. Because of his sweet talking ability, I trusted the guy and gave him money for my pool contractor. Big mistake on my part. The guy took advantage of my trust and kindness to him. Wanted to help the guy by doing most of the job in installing my pool but the guy just don't care. He did not finish the pool construction and owes me about $20,000. People like this will have BAD KARMA on him and his family and will be suffering the rest of his life. I have all the documents and the case is currently on file with California State License Board.
