Philadelphia police officer Philip Nace was CAUGHT ON VIDEO assaulting and harassing innocent black men for the "crime" of walking down a Philadelphia street. To watch the video, google "Police unlawful harassment and racial profiling 9/27/13 Philly, Pa". If history repeats itself, Nace will be vindicated by his crooked department and at worst be "punsihed" via a PAID yearlong vacation. Amnesty International recently implied that Philadelphia's police force is tied with Pakistan's as the world's most brutal and corrupt. With cop thugs like Philip Nace on the Philly force, is that any surprise?
