I have known Philip Adams for over 10 years now. I find these speculations to be reported out of malice. He is an amazing individual who helps everyone around him. Philip is very generous and caring to people he does not even know. The exclusive restaurants that, he took you to wine and dine or anyone else are his daily choice of restaurants that he dines at himself. After all these years of doing business with Philip never have I had an experience where such unprincipled behaviors mentioned were observed. Just like myself he is an honorable business owner that has worked very hard for his company and employees (I have seen this first hand). He is a social, articulate and very truthful person when spoken to. Some individuals cannot handle the truth and find themselves upset with the individual who speaks it.  I am glad to have ran across these appalling accusations of such a pleasant individual and I am glad to be able to share my point of view on Mr. Adams.

The charges spoken of in this report were dismissed and thrown out by the judge. The reason it took longer than expected is because Mr. Adams wanted the jury to see it for themselves that there was not proven evidence to keep him confined any longer. If the accusations were true as stated in the report I think you can agree that Mr. Adams would still be confined and not be successful to this day.   

I, too, went out with this person, although he introduced himself as "Alex" (supposedly short for "Alejandro Philippe Pena"), and can attest that the reports on here (5, as I've located today) are accurate.  Everything from him portraying himself as a businessman (specifically CEO & President of an IT company), the stories of Penn State, Harvard and connections to the Jewish community, being a big spender of what may be other people's money, and his temperament (I personally witnessed his angry behavior), are true.  Be careful when dealing with him.  A search of his full (real) name, Randolph Phillip Adams, will return the specifics on his cases in Georgia, including charges of theft by deception and terroristic threats.  If you aren't convinced, take a look at the Fulton County, GA, Sheriff's inmate record (you can search it for yourself using his full name) and mug shot.  Again, BEWARE - anyone who commits a crime for which a $102k bond is set should be approached with caution.
