The months roll by with no communication from Phil or his "Companies" or divorce litigant cases. Phil and his President - Strategic Alliances Deeve Chandler are the only 2 "employees" with any contact information. These 2 go completely silent without offering any explanation as to where the promised "Subsription" for litigant files are or when they would arrive. Former Director- Project Management confirms the statements above. Phil Foss and his "Companies" (he calls them silos???) are fronts. The website shows 36 staff, 312 clients worldwide and 6 companies acquired. There is absolutley no proof any of these statement to be true.
