Dear Mr. "Jamie Devlin". I welcome you to bring "the very expensive Peter Beard" to the gallery at any given time and have your false claims be verified. But then I checked and checked and we have never had a client by that name, nor did we ever have a client make such accusations directly in general by any name. So this post is certainly not stemming from any event that has happened.

Now what is the purpose of this post then, to challenge me and my business? And what satisfaction would that give you? By the way you have your facts wrong on the name spills. Listen, its hard to take anything serious from somone who posts under " Anonymous" you say these nice things about him and yet How can anyone be around a man that beats on women and steals money from charities. Why was he demanded to take the Guggenheim sign down at the Art Basel Show in Miami??

He claims hes related to the Guggenheim family when all he did was change his name so he can make a mark in the art world. He is simply a fraud. He cheats and lies his way to get what he wants. He commits fraud and from what we are hearing he is being investigated by the Federal Goverment. Where there's smoke there's fire. I understand now why you wont put your real name to your post.

Philippe is a wonderful addition to the art world in NYC. He is a giving member of the community who serves charities around NYC, and gives not only his time, but resources to help. His artists are cutting edge, and he holds relationships with all of his exibitors. I cannot imagine the above report to be anything but a smear from a jealous competitor.

I can honestly say this Philippe Hoerle Guggenheim and is fair and decent gallery owner who has been subject to sabotage from matters outside of his control. 

I have purchased artwork from HG Contemporty in the past and been very happy with the pieces and price paid.

I've also attended multiple exhibtions and events they've hosted in the last two years, and always been impressed by the level of efforts they've devoted to thier artists work and careers. In addiiton to genorosity shown to guests who have attended these gatherings.

This Scam artist is not even related to the Guggenheim family, the more we dig up on him the more we find out what a scam artist he is. He is like the talented Mr. Ripley just living a scam artist life. Ripping people off while raising money from investors to fuel his lifestyle.
