I purchased a Philippe Richard pots and pans collection and mailed the rebate on the same day. I have copies of the Proof of Purchase tab, the receipt, and the rebate coupon. I went over the coupon several times to make sure I missed nothing, and wrote as legibly as possible. There were no errors.

Purchased on 12/29/05 at the JC Penney at the Northridge Fashion Center in California, I am terribly surprised that such a well known company would have anything to do with these liars. For me, it counts against both companies. It has been over 70 days, and not a word from them- not to mention a check.

POSTED: Thursday, May 28, 2009

I submitted the rebate so long ago I really cant recall what item I purchased and the letter I received did not reference anything particular, but I received a letter with an American express rebate carde with 20 points on it and it explains that it is like a prepaid debit card. I have not used it yet. so time will tell if is what it appears to be...

It's 2007, Phillipe Richard, and you still don't answer.

It seems that from CT. to CA. there are people wondering where their rebate might be. Still nothing from this company, and there almost certainly never will be. Anything under this brand should be avoided at all costs. Can you imagine trying to get them to honor a warranty?

Got an email, and a phone number, and attitude...

AUTHOR: Frazier - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 16, 2006

I got an email from Tabletopsunltd.com and an 800 number to call. I spoke with a woman who told me that I needed to be patient. I asked her if I was wrong about them being past the 8-10 week rebate time and she grudgingly admitted that I was not. So, while avoiding actually saying so directly, she admitted that the company was swamped and behind in their rebate check mailings. I'll give it another 2 weeks before calling and emailing again.
