Phillips Law Center Plc is a Loan Modification law firm that uses telemarketers at an office located in Costa Mesa. Typical sales pitches are used to sell you the services of an Attorney to "change the terms and conditions of your loan" The process is your typical sales tactics. Step one- You received a mail piece what appears to be from your lender. Step 2. Homeowner makes the phone call. 3. Sales person (telemarketer answers phone-Client Services). Step 4. You will be asked questions about your personal information- gathering info to supposedly pre-qualify you for a loan mod or a refi. The final steps are collecting your documents and setting up a consultation with a "underwriter" This "underwriter" name Robert Kim supposedly uses an automated approval system--WTF? no such thing. And put you on hold after getting you to pour your heart out about you inability to pay your mortgage. After this you will be placed on hold. Then when the "underwriter" sales person is back on the phone he will tell you that you are approved.... Now here is where you will be asked to pay 3000 or more for retaining Phillips Law Center to work on your loan. Be careful of the sales pitch---Your money will be placed in escrow, You are approved of a monthly payment saving you 30-60% of you current mortgage payment, it will take 90 days, etc.etc,etc. Please do not fall victim to a 3k gamble. Your odds are 50/50. Please visit loansafe.org. they will help, guide and have no upfront fees till the results are complete. Buyer Beware of Phillips Law Center Plc. Just so you know it takes about 10,000 complaints to be filed at the attorney general office before any investigation is made. By then how many of you will be the victims out of money? Buyer Beware of Philips Law Center Plc.

Same thing happened to me, but they are now going by the name Forest Law Center. Same exact group, new name. Sad to see people prey on the ones who need the most help.
